Sela Duskborn is twenty-three years old, a Draconic Bloodline sorcerer, and currently the subject of both a White Robe licensing compliance warrant and a Black Robe regulatory enforcement warrant issued simultaneously -- an administrative dispute about jurisdiction the Conclave has not yet resolved. She discovered her draconic blood at sixteen, reported it as trained, and was rewarded with years of surveillance and investigation into her bloodline's theoretical connection to Maygus ideology. She left after three years. She has been evading Order oversight for four years. She is getting tired of it.
